Save An Adult's Life

Save a Adults Life is one of the Royal Life Saving Society UK’s community programmes which aim to provide important lifesaving information to local communities.

Save a Adult’s Life workshops are designed to introduce anyone to some basic emergency action skills for when an adult stops breathing through choking or drowning.

 Participants will learn:

  • Adult Life Support (CPR)
  • Adult choking (diagnosis and treatment)
  • Adult drowning (diagnosis and treatment)

(From the RLSS UK Website)

If you are interested in this course, please contact us as we would need 12 people to make this course viable to run. This course would be run FREE by YLSC volunteer Instructors, but donations would be greatly appreciated and go towards to RLSS UK Save An Adult ’s Life resources.
